Fifi Marée spent 15+ years across three continents training, coaching, and leading programs at Netflix, Lucasfilm, and Aardman Animations. Long before she called herself a speaker, she was already doing the work of one: for years, she spoke directly to university students, encouraging the next generation into film and visual effects careers, while personally coaching artists and leadership on the public-speaking techniques they needed before stepping in front of press, panels, and audiences of their own. She took professionals with no formal training background and turned them into confident facilitators — building train-the-trainer programs equipping people to teach others, multiplying her reach.
That instinct — that people just need the right tool handed to them at the right moment — is backed by more than experience. Fifi holds a Master's in Learning & Teaching from the University of Roehampton, is a certified Professional Coach, and is a Certified Customer Success Coach — credentials she's spent years applying to help people move from uncertainty to action.
Fifi's perspective was shaped long before her career. A third culture kid, she grew up between the UK and Egypt, then built a life in Singapore and now Los Angeles, so she has lived on four continents. Moving between cultures taught her to listen closely, adapt quickly, and find common ground with almost anyone. She is happiest in rooms full of different voices, backgrounds, and points of view. One of four sisters, including a twin, and now a single mom building her own career, Fifi knows that hard moments and hard decisions don't wait for a convenient time.
